Introduction

National Science Day is a special occasion to celebrate the spirit of science and its impact on human welfare. It is observed on February 28 every year to mark the discovery of the Raman effect by Indian physicist Sir C. V. Raman on 28 February 1928. C. V. Raman and His Legacy
